Axcel Photonics, Inc. is an optical component company specializing in
the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high power diode
lasers. Our product lines include single-mode 980nm pump lasers for
telecom applications and multimode lasers for solid-state laser
pumping, medical, imaging, and spectroscopy applications. The
lasers are available as chips, chips on submount, and packaged
modules. All of our products are RoHS compliant.
Axcel's manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art MOCVD
reactor and a fully functional GaAs and InP fabrication process line.
Characterization equipment includes field emission SEM, XRD,
Polaron, PL mapping, and ellipsometer. The facility is staffed with
some of the world's leading experts in optoelectronic component
design and production.

After years of preparation, Axcel has received Certificate of
Registration for the ISO9001:2000. Axcel also adopted DBA
Manufacturing, a MRP system. With ISO Certification and DBA
