Axcel Photonics, Inc. is an optical component company specializing in
the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high power diode
lasers. Our product lines include lasers for solid-state laser pumping,
medical, imaging, and spectroscopy applications. The lasers are
available as chips, chips on submount, and packaged modules. All of
our products are RoHS compliant.
Axcel's manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art MOCVD
reactor and a fully functional GaAs and InP fabrication process line.
Characterization equipment includes field emission SEM, XRD,
Polaron, PL mapping, and ellipsometer. The facility is staffed with
some of the world's leading experts in optoelectronic component
design and production.

Axcel has been maintaining and improving ISO9001 quality system
since 2008. Axcel passed the passing the surveillance audit
conducted by TUV Rheinland and get new ISO9001:2008 Certificate.
