785 nm series multi mode laser diodes
Axcel's 785nm broad area laser diode is available in a fiber-coupled package, as a
chip-on-submount, or in a 9mm TO-can. An option for the butterfly module called the
LambdaLokTM is a Bulk Bragg grating placed between the facet and the fiber which results in
an output with an extremely narrow spectral linewidth, which is ideal for applications such as
Raman spectroscopy.
